"Responding and contributing to Missouri's
needs through the expansion of research and public service activities
in the emerging area of geospatial science."
Missouri's Geospatial Extension Program, in partnership
with the University of Missouri Cooperative Extension, USDA, NASA,
and the Missouri Space Grant Consortium,
seeks
to promote
the integration
of geospatial
tools and techniques through a coordinated approach at the local,
regional, and state levels. The program aims to extend opportunities
and empower organizations and individuals across the State of
Missouri through training, assessing application needs, and providing
increased access to data resources.
Initiatives associated with this program include:
- technology and application training,
- information sharing,
- course development and dissemination, and
- educational outreach.

Your Future explores what we can learn through the youth education branch of the Cooperative
Extension Service, a program of the United States Department
of Agriculture. Each state and each county has access to a
County Extension office for both youth and adult programs.
